Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the Blockchain and Web3 domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client acquisition, lead generation, partnership development, and sales strategy for blockchain-based solutions and Web3 services. The candidate should understand emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Smart Contracts, DeFi, NFTs, Crypto Platforms, Tokenization, Metaverse, and Web3 ecosystems, and be capable of identifying business opportunities globally. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Blockchain & Web3 industry. Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and client acquisition. Build relationships with startups, enterprises, investors, and Web3 communities. Pitch blockchain development services including: o Smart Contract Development o NFT Marketplace Development o Crypto Exchange Development o Token Development o DeFi Platforms o Web3 Applications Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales documentation. Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the blockchain space. Attend virtual networking events, conferences, and Web3 communities for business expansion. Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports. Required Skills & Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Blockchain or Web3 domain. Strong understanding of: o Blockchain Technology o Web3 Ecosystem o Smart Contracts o NFTs o DeFi o Crypto & Tokenization Experience in international client handling and B2B sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, networking, email outreach, and other channels. Strong proposal writing and client relationship management skills. Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice to Have: Existing network in the Blockchain/Web3 industry. Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms. Knowledge of AI and emerging technology solutions.
