Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can go beyond posting content and understand business objectives, build trust with the target audience, and drive measurable outcomes such as engagement, lead quality, brand authority, and business growth. The ideal candidate should combine content strategy, audience psychology, analytics, branding, SEO, and digital marketing expertise.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning
· Develop and execute monthly content strategies aligned with business goals
· Identify authority-building, trust-building, educational, and lead-generation content themes
· Plan platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
· Ensure content aligns with business owners, founders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers
Content Execution & Management
· Manage end-to-end content publishing including posts, reels, videos, carousels, and articles
· Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and quality
· Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats
Performance Tracking & Optimization
· Track engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, saves, shares, and lead generation
· Analyze content performance and recommend improvements
· Run A/B testing for content formats, hooks, creatives, and messaging
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Audience Engagement & Community Building
· Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
· Build relationships with followers and prospective clients
· Monitor audience sentiment and feedback
· Increase engagement quality and community participation
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
· Support business development through social media campaigns
· Align content with awareness, trust-building, and conversion stages
· Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
· Support webinars, events, launches, and promotional campaigns
SEO & Digital Marketing
· Implement SEO best practices for content visibility
· Support website traffic growth through social media activities
· Optimize content using keywords and search trends
· Monitor digital campaign performance and ROI
Trend Analysis & Competitive Research
· Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
· Track competitor activities and industry best practices
· Identify new content opportunities and platform features
