Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working with PostgreSQL, performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software applications using PostgreSQL. - Analyze user requirements and convert them into technical specifications. - Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work on existing applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to software development best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Database Management. - Strong understanding of software development best practices. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PostgreSQL. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
