Job Summary:
OrthoSquare Dental Clinic is hiring Telecallers / Dental Assistants to support clinic operations. The role includes handling patient calls, following up on leads, scheduling appointments, assisting dentists during procedures, and maintaining clinic hygiene and patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patient leads
- Handle inbound patient inquiries
- Explain clinic services and treatment options
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up with interested patients
- Update call details and lead status in CRM
Dental Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment
- Sterilize instruments and maintain hygiene standards
- Set up and clean treatment rooms
- Maintain patient records
- Support chairside procedures
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and safety
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Freshers welcome
- 0–1 year of experience is acceptable
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments (preferred)
- Comfortable speaking on calls
- Patient-friendly attitude
