Key Responsibilities
End User Support
· Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
· Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
· Handle user requests and incidents through ticketing systems.
Network Support
· Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
· Troubleshoot network issues related to switches, routers, and firewalls.
· Configure network devices as required.
Server & Active Directory Support
· Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory.
· Manage Group Policies and user permissions.
· Monitor server health and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Hardware & Asset Management
· Install and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and accessories.
· Maintain IT asset inventory and update asset records.
· Coordinate warranty claims and vendor support activities.
Security & Compliance
· Ensure antivirus and endpoint security solutions are operational.
· Apply security patches and updates.
· Follow organizational cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Backup & Recovery
· Monitor backup jobs and verify backup completion.
· Assist in data restoration activities when required.
· Maintain backup documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain IT infrastructure documentation.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly support reports.
· Update SOPs and technical documents.
