Copywriting: Craft compelling, platform-specific captions and headlines while ensuring clinical accuracy and brand tone.
Community Management: Monitor channels, respond to comments/DMs professionally, and route patient inquiries to booking portals.
Analytics & ROI: Track and report monthly KPIs (engagement, follower growth, link clicks) to continually optimize performance.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 3+ years as a Social Media Manager, Strategist, or Content Copywriter. (Healthcare or wellness sector experience is a plus).
Core Skills: Exceptional copywriting, creative direction, and campaign management skills.
Team Collaboration: Proven experience directing and collaborating with internal videographers, designers, and medical stakeholders.
