Job Title: Freelance Voice & Accent Trainer (US Process)
Location: Indore (On-site/Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Voice & Accent Trainer to deliver Voice & Accent (V&A) training for candidates working in US-based customer service and BPO processes. The trainer should have hands-on experience conducting V&A training programs focused on neutralization, pronunciation, fluency, listening skills, and customer communication for the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for US process employees.
- Assess candidates' communication skills and identify improvement areas.
- Train participants on pronunciation, intonation, grammar, and conversational skills.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
- Monitor training effectiveness and share progress reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer for US processes.
- Strong understanding of American accent, culture, and customer service communication.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Prior experience in BPO/Contact Center training is preferred.
- Availability for freelance assignments in Indore.
Pay: From ₹3,500.00 per day
