Job Summary
Aeiforia Architects is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate interior and civil construction activities on-site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising execution work, managing labour, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil and interior work activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and submit daily/weekly site reports.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in site measurements, quantity verification, and contractor bill checking.
- Perform other site-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material quantification.
- Understanding of construction materials and site safety standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
