About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Biology Faculty to teach and mentor students preparing for NEET and Foundation-level competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge in Botany and Zoology, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire students to achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and concept-based Biology lectures for NEET aspirants.
- Teach Botany and Zoology with a strong focus on NCERT and exam-oriented preparation.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question banks.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.
- Design and evaluate tests, quizzes, and mock examinations.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Mentor students and help them develop effective exam strategies.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Zoology, Botany, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience for NEET/Foundation courses preferred.
- Strong command over Biology concepts and NCERT syllabus.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
