What You'll Do
✅ Drive sales growth across Modern Trade accounts and organized retail chains
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and store teams
✅ Ensure excellent product visibility, shelf placement, and merchandising standards
✅ Plan and execute promotional activities and in-store activations
✅ Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
✅ Identify growth opportunities and expand product listings
✅ Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights
✅ Deliver monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth journey
What We're Looking For
✔ 3–6 years of FMCG sales experience
✔ Minimum 2 years of Modern Trade handling experience
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔ Ability to work independently and take ownership
✔ Experience handling supermarkets, hypermarkets, and organized retail accounts
✔ Passion, energy, and a growth mindset
