Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
● Identify and qualify prospective clients in residential and commercial segments.
● Network with dealers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and builders.
● Explore new markets and partnership opportunities to expand reach.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
● Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
● Showcase the functionality and benefits of automation systems.
● Address technical and commercial queries with confidence.
Sales Negotiation & Closing
● Engage in effective negotiation strategies to convert leads.
● Prepare customized quotations and proposals.
● Follow through on deals until successful closure.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
● Ensure high customer satisfaction through ongoing support and service.
● Collect feedback and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Sales Reporting & Administration
● Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
● Report performance metrics and sales pipeline progress to management.
● Use CRM tools and analytics for data-driven sales decisions.
Sales Promotion & Brand Awareness
● Participate in trade shows, expos, and local events.
● Distribute promotional materials and digital content.
● Collaborate with marketing to align on brand messaging and campaigns.
Required skills and qualifications
- Prior work experience in sales team or assisting Sales manager
- Up-to-date with new marketing trends and basic sales related tasks
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Compelling research and analytical skills
- Experience working with Electronics industry, Switches Industry more preferrable.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & marketing, or related fields or relevant.
- Confident Speaker
- Ability to convert inquiry into leads.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
