Job Objective:
To ensure achievement sales targets as per plan; implement initiatives at the dealer level; build consumer & influencer connect and gather competitive intelligence data from the field.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand the geography-wise sales plans for Tata TISCON from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same through appropriate conversion of leads.
- Locates territories for appointment of new dealers wherever necessary.
- Visit dealer locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP); Build mutually beneficial relationships with dealers.
- Tracks Competitors’ activities and gathers market intelligence.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Must be 12thPass/Graduated
