Position Overview
As a Front Desk Manager at Game Theory you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, overseeing customer service, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of pool patrons and achieving sales targets. This role involves administrative tasks, staff supervision, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about pool services, schedules, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.x
Front Desk Operations:
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
- Handle cash transactions, including admissions, memberships, and concessions.
- Manage and update reservation systems for pool activities and classes.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Promote memberships, swim lessons, and other services to customers.
- Track sales performance & work to achieve revenue targets.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Facility Maintenance:
- Report maintenance and repair needs to appropriate personnel.
- Oversee cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk area.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and lifeguard staff, to address any facility-related issues promptly.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of membership data, attendance, and Yoactive registrations.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new members and promote pool services.
- Monitor and manage the reservation system for pool usage, including lane reservations and pool parties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service and front desk management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership and supervisory experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
