Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage backup solutions for regular data backups.
- Troubleshoot issues related to backup jobs and tape libraries.
- Test backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain documentation of backup procedures and recovery plans.
- Collaborate with IT teams on data protection initiatives.
- Monitor backup systems for performance and capacity. Implement security protocols for data backups.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of experience in backup engineering within data centers.
- Strong knowledge of backup tools (e.g., Networker).
- Experience with tape libraries and data deduplication. Relevant certifications are a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Pay: ₹322,105.19 - ₹800,000.61 per year
