Role Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across DBaaS Ltd and its clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including IT, cloud services, project management, and digital solutions—to drive efficiency, support innovation, and enable data-backed growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, tech‑driven environment and enjoys building BI frameworks from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics aligned with DBaaS’s integrated IT and digital services model.
Business Insights & Decision Support
- Translate business requirements into analytical insights that inform strategy across IT consulting, cloud solutions, and web development teams.
- Provide data-driven support to help clients modernise infrastructure, improve productivity, and enhance customer engagement.
Data Management & Optimization
- Work with system integration teams to ensure data flows seamlessly across legacy and modern platforms.
- Contribute to data governance practices, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with CTO, project managers, solution architects, and marketing teams to deliver BI insights aligned with business goals.
- Support automation initiatives by identifying analytical opportunities that streamline operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Expertise in SQL, data modelling, and ETL processes.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar), supporting the company’s cloud-first approach.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT services, managed services, or digital transformation teams.
- Familiarity with web analytics, CRM systems, marketing funnels, or DevOps reporting environments.
- Understanding of modern integration frameworks and cloud migration processes.
