Overview:
ROLE AT A GLANCE:
The Insight Manager will lead consumer, market, category, and business insights for Herbalife India. The role will support strategic decision-making across product marketing, innovation, and business growth by transforming data into actionable insights.The individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, competitive intelligence, and business performance drivers to strengthen Herbalife’s Inner & Outer Nutrition portfolio.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Drive consumer and market insight generation to support innovation, renovation, and business growth strategies.

Conduct category analysis, competition tracking, and consumer behavior studies to identify growth opportunities.

Develop actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative research, distributor feedback, and market trends.

Support new product development, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

Track product performance, campaign effectiveness, and portfolio health to recommend optimization actions.

Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews and strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with global Insight teams to align local market insights with global category strategy.

Support innovation pipeline planning with trend forecasting and white-space opportunity identification.

Work closely with agencies and research partners for market studies, consumer immersion, and analytics projects.

Translate complex data into simple, impactful business recommendations for stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
Education

Bachelor’s degree required.

MBA or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred
Experience

8+ years
-
8-10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, category management, or strategic marketing roles.

Experience in FMCG, nutraceutical, wellness, beauty, healthcare, or direct-selling industry preferred.

Hands-on experience with market research tools, analytics platforms, and business reporting.

Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end insight projects and influence business decisions.

Experience working with innovation and product marketing teams is preferred.

Experience in wellness, Ayurveda, nutraceutical, or beauty categories along with exposure to consumer-centric innovation models.
