nDevelop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.

Identifying unsafe area and unsafe condition to avoid accidents/incidents.
Active participation in ISO-27001 and ISO-45001 and physical security audits across PAN India sites.
Attended meeting with important business managers to determine operational needs.
Helping BCP team by liaison with Government bodies. Aligning with local Police station and builder/developer to ensure critical staff reports to office.
Regular meeting with emergency services.
Security risk assessment and follow-ups
Conducting fire drill periodically at all locations across PAN India
Adequate training has been provided to the security staff at site
Floor talks on respective floors, as well as employee awareness of what to do in the event of an emergency
Manage parking, carpooling & develop policy for managing this with periodic review
Vendor KPI on monthly basis and provided feedback to the account manager.
Special trainings to be conducted like tabletop drill, bomb threat, medical emergency and fire.
Conducting weekly fire hydrant/pressure test and FAS checking.
Conducting investigation and suggesting ways to reinforce the sites across India.
Escort guard training and late-night lady employees' follow-ups.
New joiners Employees orientation program on security and safety /Do's and Don'ts on each month.
Floor security talk at all floors at all locations pertain to security, action on all emergency situations.
Coordination with all emergency services/landlords to ensure no error at the time of emergency.
During Fire brigade surprise visit by Hebbal fire brigade no major observation and he appraised the way we demonstrated at PIC.
Lost and found materials management
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
Working on IP security camera which can be programmed to "watch" for suspicious activity.
Virtual ERT meeting and building evacuation was briefed to all ERT Members.
Provide a Vaccination Badge to all sub vendors to ensure that employees are ready for RTW.
Coordinate between Transport operator and employees for smooth Trasport operations.
