This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data quality, finance, and operations within a global organization. You will gain exposure to third-party data providers, licensing processes, and cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Product, Finance, Legal, and Research. With hands-on experience in data validation, vendor management, and process improvement, this position provides a strong foundation for professional growth and career progression in the financial data and analytics domain.
Your key responsibilities as an Quality Analyst will include:
- Performing data quality checks on third-party datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Validating vendor invoices against contractual terms and investigating discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining records and trackers for licences, approvals, contracts, and vendor documentation
- Coordinating with data providers and internal teams to resolve data issues and secure approvals
- Supporting compliance by reviewing data usage against licensing agreements
- Preparing reports and updates on data quality, approvals, invoices, and operational activities
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Quality Analyst:
- You must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a finance specialisation
- You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with Excel knowledge as an advantage
- You will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- You will be a team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions
