Job Title: HR Generalist (Specialized in Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Compliance)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Talent Acquisition (TA), Payroll Management, and ensuring Compliance. We are looking for someone with a passion for learning, a quick learning ability, and a proactive approach to handling HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (TA):
o Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
o Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment insights.
o Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline using ATS systems.
Payroll Management:
o Oversee and manage monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
o Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely disbursement of employee salaries.
o Handle payroll queries, discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation of payroll records.
Compliance:
o Ensure the company adheres to all employment laws and labour regulations.
o Handle employee grievances and manage the disciplinary process in line with statutory compliance.
o Keep abreast of new developments in labour laws and compliance requirements, making necessary adjustments to internal policies.
Key Requirements: Experience: 6-8 years of HR generalist experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Compliance.
Skills:
o Strong understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and regulations.
o Expertise in handling end-to-end recruitment.
o Proficiency in payroll systems and compliance management.
o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
o Quick learner with a growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in HR or payroll management will be a plus.
