Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English communication skills and a proven track record in managing client relationships and placing bench consultants in Fortune 500 companies. This is a full-time remote position, working from 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture existing relationships with primary clients, service providers, and vendors.
* Assist in placing bench consultants in Fortune 500 companies through effective networking and relationship-building skills.
* Identify and secure new business accounts with companies seeking highly skilled software engineers.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful placement and satisfaction.
* Monitor industry trends and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
* Provide regular updates and reports on account status and placement progress.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a related field within the technology consulting or staffing industry.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* Strong networking skills with a history of successful placements in large companies.
* Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other related tools for managing client relationships and placements.
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
