Responsibilities
- Make sure all tasks are done.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Utilize design and graphics skills to create visually appealing signage, displays, and promotional materials.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Think creatively to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue generation.
- Conduct research and development initiatives to identify market trends, new products, and innovative retail practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
