We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, travel insurance, and visa services. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers create memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Research and recommend suitable travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and tour packages.
- Book flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Assist customers with visa applications, travel insurance, and travel documentation.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel regulations, entry requirements, and travel advisories.
- Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and booking information in the company's CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, travel promotions, and destination information.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
