We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter to spearhead talent acquisition across our cybersecurity and IT services verticals. In this strategic leadership role, you will simultaneously drive critical hiring mandates and mentor a team of recruiters — directly fueling the organization's growth with quality hires, streamlined processes, and data-driven insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Own full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical roles — cybersecurity, compliance, data privacy, and IT services.
- Source, screen, assess, and close candidates efficiently within defined turnaround time benchmarks.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 3–4 recruiters, ensuring hiring KPIs are consistently met.
- Assign mandates, set individual goals, and deliver regular performance feedback.
3. Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
- Manage third-party recruitment vendors and external partners as needed.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Publish weekly/monthly hiring dashboards covering pipeline status, TAT, offer-to-join ratios, and other KPIs.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements.
5. Process Improvement & Employer Branding
- Enhance and standardize recruitment workflows, ensuring policy compliance and structured hiring practices.
- Champion employer branding initiatives and contribute to social hiring and campus engagement programs.
6. Recruitment Operations & ATS Management
- Administer and optimize the ATS (e.g., Zimyo, Zoho Recruit) for data integrity and operational efficiency.
Ensure end-to-end compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and data privacy requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or mentoring role.
- Demonstrated track record of hiring in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or compliance domains.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms (Zimyo, Zoho Recruit, or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of talent metrics, pipeline analysis, and hiring analytics.
Preferred
- Exposure to global or international hiring markets (UAE, KSA, US, or similar).
- Experience leading employer branding or campus/graduate engagement programs.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-growth environment.
