Job Purpose:
To plan, coordinate, and manage the mobilization, erection, climbing, dismantling, maintenance, and utilization of tower cranes across project sites while ensuring safety, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Planning & Deployment
- Plan deployment of tower cranes as per project requirements.
- Coordinate crane mobilization, transportation, erection, climbing, and dismantling activities.
- Ensure optimum utilization of crane fleet across multiple project locations.
- Monitor equipment availability and minimize idle time.
2. Site Coordination
- Liaise with clients, project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site surveys and assess readiness for crane installation.
- Coordinate foundation readiness, power availability, and access requirements.
- Attend project coordination meetings and provide operational updates.
3. Maintenance & Technical Support
- Schedule preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with service engineers and technicians for timely repairs.
- Maintain equipment performance records and service history.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all operations comply with statutory and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Monitor validity of equipment certifications, load tests, and operator licenses.
- Promote adherence to company HSE policies and procedures.
5. Resource Management
- Manage tower crane operators, riggers, technicians, and erection crews.
- Prepare manpower deployment plans.
- Monitor productivity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct training and performance reviews of operational staff.
6. Commercial Coordination
- Support billing by verifying equipment deployment and operational records.
- Coordinate with finance for rental invoicing and recovery-related information.
- Assist in preparing operational cost estimates and project budgets.
Key Skills Preferable:
- Knowledge of tower crane erection, climbing, dismantling, and maintenance.
- Understanding of construction site operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
