Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR initiatives and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with our company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and support career development initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence across the organization.
- Provide HR support to employees regarding inquiries related to policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
