We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Home and Building Automation division across Kerala. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales capabilities, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for technology solutions.
This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and promoting smart automation solutions including KNX, DALI lighting controls, smart homes, luxury villas, hospitality automation, and commercial building solutions.
The candidate should be comfortable interacting with architects, builders, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and end customers while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Location: Kochi (Cochin) & Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Kerala.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, architects, builders, and consultants.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Expand the company's presence in residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury villa segments.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with:

- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
