Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage inventory, material movement, stock records, and store operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on Tally software and possess strong inventory management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Handle inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Generate and maintain store-related reports using Tally software.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requirements with production and purchase departments.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRN, material issuance, and stock transfers.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of materials.
- Track material consumption and update inventory records regularly.
- Coordinate with vendors, purchase, and production teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Store Operations within a Manufacturing Industry.
- Mandatory experience working on Tally ERP software.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and material handling.
- Good computer skills, including MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing plant store operations.
- Familiarity with inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple store-related activities efficiently.
