Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO (Global Nonprofit)

Salary: ₹22,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide
comprehensive support to the CEO of our global nonprofit organization. The role involves
managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating travel, handling communications, and assisting with
various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication
skills, good etiquette, exceptional multitasking abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
● Scheduling & Calendar Management:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, prioritize appointments, and ensure
time is allocated effectively
● Travel Coordination:
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and
transportation
● Email & Communication Management:
Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely follow-up
● Document Preparation & Editing:
Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
● Meeting Support:
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action
items
● Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing events, conferences, and webinars, including logistics and
participant coordination
● Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board
members, donors, partners, and staff
● Confidentiality & Discretion:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
● General Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, organizing, and assisting with ad-
hoc requests
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar
administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives in nonprofit or global
organizations
● Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good etiquette
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
● Experience with travel coordination and managing international logistics
● Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO
● Knowledge of nonprofit operations and an understanding of global issues is a plus
● Must pass a thorough background check
