We are looking for a smart, organized, and trustworthy Personal Assistant (PA) to support daily professional and personal activities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and reminders
- Handle calls, emails, and professional communication
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, teams, and business associates
- Arrange travel plans, bookings, and itineraries
- Maintain documents, reports, and confidential records
- Assist in event coordination and daily operational tasks
- Ensure smooth workflow and professional follow-ups
- Support administrative and online coordination tasks when required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, presentable, and trustworthy personality
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good computer knowledge and administrative skills
- Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Prior experience in PA, administration, coordination, or executive support is an added advantage
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
