- Lead development of new filtration products from concept to commercialization.
- Design air, oil, fuel, cabin, hydraulic, and industrial filtration systems.
- Develop cost-effective solutions while maintaining performance requirements.
- Manage product localization and value engineering projects.
Research & Innovation
- Identify emerging filtration technologies and market trends.
- Develop advanced filter media solutions.
- Drive innovation in sustainable and environmentally friendly filtration products.
- Collaborate with raw material suppliers and research institutions.
Testing & Validation
- Establish and oversee laboratory testing programs.
- Ensure compliance with:
- ISO 5011
- ISO 11155
- ISO 16890
- SAE J726
- DIN 71460
- OEM-specific requirements
- Approve product validation reports and technical documentation.
Project Management
- Lead APQP and new product development activities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales.
Customer & OEM Support
- Participate in technical discussions with OEM and aftermarket customers.
- Support customer audits and product approvals.
- Resolve complex field performance issues.
- Provide technical presentations and training.
Manufacturing Support
- Support process development and production scale-up.
- Improve product manufacturability and yield.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor R&D engineers and laboratory teams.
- Establish technical competency frameworks.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
