Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager preferably in Digital Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities through fieldwork. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, campaigns, and field visits.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback and insights from clients to help improve products and services.
- Monitor and Report on Business Development Activities:
- Track and analyze sales metrics and performance.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven minimum 2 years experience in field work as a Business Development Manager preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
