Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and target-driven HR Recruiters / Sales Recruiters to connect with IT professionals, understand their career goals, and guide them through our recruitment and career support services. The role involves candidate counseling, lead generation, follow-ups, relationship management, and conversions.
Candidates with experience in Recruitment, Academic Counseling, Telecalling, EdTech Sales, Career Consulting, or BPO Sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel IT candidates regarding career opportunities and recruitment services.
- Explain company offerings including Resume Building, Interview Training, Job Marketing, and Placement Support.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and online platforms.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in CRM and Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply
- Experience in Recruitment, Sales, Telecalling, Counseling, EdTech, BPO, or Staffing is preferred
