The Business Development Manager / Accounts Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth and maintaining client relationships within the US IT staffing and recruitment sector. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the IT industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
· Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
· Present and promote staffing solutions to potential clients, showcasing the company’s value proposition.
· Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
· Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
· Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions.
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and business objectives.
· Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
· Conduct client meetings and presentations to review performance and discuss future needs.
· Ensure high levels of client retention through exceptional service and relationship management.
· Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience.
· Provide feedback and insights to the recruitment team to improve candidate sourcing and placement processes.
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
· Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development and account management within the US IT staffing and recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the US IT market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
