* Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries and taking messages as needed.
* Manage scheduling for meetings and appointments, ensuring the efficient use of company resources.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and reception space.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
* Coordinate with real estate agents and other staff to facilitate smooth office operations.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
