We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years to 4 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within the IT industry. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Design and update job description.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified IT and Digital Marketing candidates.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in organizing company events, activities, and team-building exercises.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and feedback sessions.
Assist in identifying training and development needs and organizing relevant programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
Handle payroll-related queries and coordinate with the finance department for timely processing.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the IT industry.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
