Key Responsibilities
✔ Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude
✔ Manage appointments, registrations, and patient records
✔ Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries
✔ Coordinate patient flow and communicate with doctors and staff
✔ Handle billing, payments, and daily front desk operations
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
✔ Assist with follow-ups and patient communication when required
✔ Ensure an exceptional patient experience from arrival to departure
Requirements
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
✅ Good computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, billing software)
✅ Pleasant personality and professional appearance
✅ Strong organizational and customer service skills
✅ Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, dental clinic, hotel, or customer-facing role is preferred
Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience as a receptionist, front office executive, customer service representative, or patient coordinator
⭐ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
⭐ Professional grooming and interpersonal skills
