Job Title: Customer Experience and Backend Support Representative
Location: Remote (India)
Job Type: Monday - Saturday (6 days a week)
Shift Timing: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm IST
Salary: 15,000 - 18,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer support agent with a voice & non-voice process to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries related to the product and delivery issues.
Responsibilities:
- Solid understanding of all products being sold by the client.
- Provide prompt and efficient solutions to customer queries related to the product and delivery issues.
- Address presales queries related to product features, pricing, and availability.
- Resolve postsales queries related to delivery issues, order tracking, and returns.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up with the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Keep track of customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer queries and resolutions.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to enhance customer support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should be adept in both English and Hindi
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Prior experience in customer support with a non-voice process is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems.
- Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection to perform job duties

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
