Job Summary : Farm Shaala is looking for a proactive and organized Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our farm store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, sales, customer service, billing, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store while delivering an excellent visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain inventory of farm products, organic produce, merchandise, and consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement and replenishment.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of products.
- Assist customers with product information and purchases.
- Maintain records of stock movement, sales, and wastage.
- Coordinate with farm operations and other departments for product availability.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Prepare periodic sales and inventory reports for management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
