Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Car Sales Executives to join our Toyota sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain Toyota vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
Generate sales leads through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist customers with finance, insurance, and vehicle delivery processes.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before and after sales.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in automobile sales will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
