- bottled To take care of overall security and safety of House in coordination with Security Guards and not to allow any unauthorized person without proper verification.
- Assist Directors and their family members, guests during their stay. Ensure they are not left unattended, respond to queries/requests/complaints, etc.
- Ensuring Cleanliness and maintenance of Furniture Fixtures, and fittings. To keep the House premises properly cleaned, swept, and dusted and ensuring cleaning of toilets and utensils, glasses, doors etc of the premises. To maintain the furniture and equipment fixtures and fittings at the House properly and ensure that they are cleaned on a daily basis. Ensure to change bed linen, towels etc. as and when necessary.
- Monitoring cleaning materials, tools and furniture and reordering under approval from authorized representative. Moving & shifting of House furniture/ items under instructions of Authorized officials and proper record of the same to be maintained accordingly.
- In coordination with Cook arrange and plan the day’s menu as per the preference and diet restrictions, if any. Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of all utensils, stoves, cooking area, and refrigerator; verify that dining table/area is clean at all times; maintain inventory of all ingredients for food preparation; verify that the food items and ingredients meet food and hygiene standards; check for the expiry date of raw and uncooked food and ingredients; maintain sufficient stock of items such as consumable raw materials, packed and bottled items.
- To ensure proper upkeep of crockery/cutlery/Inventory items/ food and beverages items etc. in the most hygienic manner and list of same to be maintained.
- Monitor and replenish supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner as per the instructions.
- Regularly checking all electrical appliances like ACs cooling, light, fans, TV, Wi- Fi, Gas, Alarm system other plumbing fittings etc are functioning properly and switched on & switched off whenever necessary and make sure they are in good working order.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs, promptly addressing any issues to guarantee a safe and functional environment.
- Opening all the rooms at the start of the day and locking all the doors, windows when not in operation.
- To keep informed respective concerns/reporting authority in case of any emergency and take necessary action.
- Communicate effectively and cordially with respective concerns and respond to their queries; exhibit politeness and courteousness under all circumstances and situations.
- Maintaining list of all the inventory and keeping proper record with all the details.
- Adhering to Company’s safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone.
- Gardening and performing landscape duties or supervising others in these roles.
- Exhibit any duty/ function as assigned by the Management time to time
