Job Summary:
ORA MAKERS PVT. LTD. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and documentation processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven approach with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally, if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
