- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in sales coordination and customer retention activities.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates on client interactions and feedback.
- Build long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty and business growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates currently working with or having prior experience at The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts or American Express will be given preference.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
