Position: Performance Marketer

Requirements:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels such as PPC, SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns from conception to execution, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor activity, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Generate regular reports to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights for optimization and strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B Testing and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, targeting parameters, and other campaign elements to maximize performance and user experience.
- Stay abreast of changes in digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and policies to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
Job Description:
- MBA, Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing in IT services company
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics,
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving KPIs.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
