About the Role:
As an Associate Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a crucial bridge between the IT development group and business units, assisting in evaluating and implementing new systems and enhancing existing ones. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the evaluation of new applications and systems requirements.
- Support the analysis of business requirements and their translation into technical specifications.
- Provide documentation assistance for system enhancements and new implementations.
- Participate in user testing and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Assist in the preparation of user manuals and other support materials.
- Support in data entry and database maintenance.
- Help coordinate project timelines and schedules.
- Provide first-level support to users for system-related queries.
- Assist in gathering feedback for process improvements.
- Contribute to team meetings and discussions on system solutions.
Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assist in basic requirements analysis and system evaluation.
