Experience Required:
2 to 8 years of relevant experience in Training / L&D / Quality / Skill Development
Team handling experience is preferred
✨ Responsibilities:
Training material development, trainer support, and evaluation of trainer performance
Quality assurance, monitoring, and reporting of training effectiveness
Strong communication, feedback delivery, and interpersonal skills
Operational support and coordination within cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience in education or skill development sector preferred
