Job Description :-
- 1. Quality Planning And Control
Develop and implement quality control plans for SS sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes.
Define inspection stages such as incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and BOMs.
Establish acceptance criteria for SS materials, fabrication, welding, finishing, and assembly.
SAP Knowledge.
- 2. Incoming Material Inspection
Inspect incoming stainless steel sheets, pipes, profiles, and bought-out items.
Verify material grade, thickness, finish, and surface quality as per specifications.
Ensure proper documentation such as MTCs and supplier quality records.
- 3. In-Process Quality Assurance
Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, and
assembly.
Ensure welding quality (TIG/MIG) including weld appearance, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
