Olive Service Apartments is a leading provider of serviced apartments and extended-stay accommodation solutions for corporate travelers, relocating employees, expatriates, and business professionals. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Front Office Executive to manage guest operations, PMS activities, and day-to-day accounting support.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Guest Management
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage reservations and room allocations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Address guest queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain guest records and documentation.
PMS Management (Ezee PMS)
- Manage daily operations through Ezee PMS.
- Create and update reservations.
- Generate guest folios and invoices.
- Monitor occupancy and booking status.
- Ensure accurate room inventory management.
Billing & Accounts Support
- Generate and manage GST-compliant invoices.
- Handle OTA payment reconciliations and adjustments.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment records.
- Manage daily cash collections and cash reconciliation.
- Record and track utility bill payments.
- Create and maintain expense vouchers.
- Perform accounting data entry and support bookkeeping activities.
- Assist in monthly reconciliations and reporting.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain records of vendor invoices and payments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team for financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Support management with operational reports and MIS updates.
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Skills
✔ Experience with Ezee PMS
✔ Knowledge of GST invoicing and billing
✔ OTA payment adjustment and reconciliation
✔ Vendor payment processing
✔ Cash handling and reconciliation
✔ Utility bill management
✔ Expense voucher entries
✔ Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
✔ MS Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Hotels, Service Apartments, Guest Houses, or Hospitality Operations.
- Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, and MakeMyTrip.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
