Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Field Executive (Agriculture) for our Pune office. The ideal candidate should possess strong agricultural knowledge and relevant field experience to support business development, customer engagement, and agricultural operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the agriculture sector
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with farmers, dealers, and customers
- Candidate may be from Pune or nearby locations
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and interact with farmers and channel partners
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support
- Collect market feedback and prepare field reports
- Support business development and customer relationship activities
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams
