Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage key client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure seamless execution of digital projects. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, delivering exceptional client experiences while identifying opportunities to expand account value.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client business objectives and translate requirements into actionable plans for internal teams.
- Coordinate with design, development, SEO, marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, client expectations, and overall account performance.
- Conduct regular client meetings, status reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Develop account plans, manage sales pipelines, oversee proposals and contracts, and track revenue and retention targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client engagements across digital services.
- Monitor project and account performance using analytics, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, forecasts, and other account documentation as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Strategic Account Management, Project Coordination, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working with digital marketing, website development, IT services, consulting, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, branding, website development, UX/CX, and digital transformation.
- Experience managing end-to-end client projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and communicate digital strategies effectively.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in account growth, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Experience working with global clients or complex stakeholder environments is an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
