Job Description:
Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Executive
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Dadar / Khar
Industry: IT Training Institute
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through field marketing activities, referrals, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular visits to colleges, schools, coaching institutes, and corporate organizations to create awareness about IT training programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with placement cells, faculty members, and institutional stakeholders.
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities such as canopy activities, education fairs, workshops, seminars, and career guidance sessions.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership avenues to increase admissions and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain daily activity reports, lead databases, and outreach records.

Desired Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Education Sales, or Field Sales.
- Good communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and outreach activities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven approach.\
